Make something. Meet someone.

KUMI is a collective of small, hands-on evenings. A kitchen, a good table, a handful of people worth knowing, and no name badges.

Kumi Collective

Three ways in.

Every KUMI experience is built around the same idea: people open up when their hands are busy. So we cook, we bake, we share a table, and the conversation takes care of itself.

Pick the one that fits your evening. Some are open to anyone on the list. One is invite only.

Cook with senior leaders

The shift after your nine to five.

Each Second Shift brings in one senior leader from finance, law, tech and beyond. They bring a recipe. Eight to ten of you cook it with them in a modern mansion kitchen.

By the time it's plated, you'll have had the kind of conversation a panel event never gives you. Real questions, honest answers, and nobody grilling anybody.

Less panel interview. More passing the salt.

Meetups for people in corporate

Talk to the people you'd never meet at work.

The Gathering is KUMI's open meetup for people working in the corporate world. No agenda, no slides, no forced icebreakers. Just a good room and people who are glad they came.

01
The first GatheringPergola on the Wharf, Canary Wharf. We showed up and spoke to one another. That was the whole plan, and it worked.
